Frequently asked questions
Are these local sets with Singapore warranty?
Yes. Everything listed is local set, sourced through the authorised channel and serviced by the brand's Singapore agent rather than a third-party repairer. We do not sell grey imports. Warranty length varies by brand and by product category, so the exact term for your model is confirmed on your invoice.
How do I know the appliance will fit my cabinet?
Every built-in listing publishes four sets of numbers: the product dimensions, the cutout the appliance drops into, the clearances it needs around it, and the packed carton size for delivery access. Measure your cabinet opening and match it to the cutout figure, not the product figure.
Where a manufacturer has not published a cutout, we derive one from the product dimensions and label the listing so you can see the number is an estimate rather than a spec-sheet figure.
Do you install, and does it have to be licensed?
Gas hob installation in Singapore must be carried out by a Licensed Gas Service Worker. It is not a DIY job, and a general handyman may not legally do it. Induction hobs drawing more than a standard 13A supply need a licensed electrician to run a dedicated circuit. Ask us when you order and we will arrange the right trade.
Why do some products say price on enquiry?
A few brands do not publish a recommended retail price at all, and water purifiers are priced per installation rather than per unit. Rather than invent a figure or show a zero, those listings ask you to enquire. Send the model through the contact form and we will come back with the actual price.
Do you price match?
Yes. If you have found the same model cheaper at a showroom or another dealer, send us the quote and we will match it.
Can I order now and take delivery when my renovation is finished?
Yes, and most people do. Appliances get chosen months before the carpentry is ready for them. Order at today's price, tell us your handover date, and we hold the units until the kitchen can actually take them.
