Before you buy
Everything worth knowing first
Built-in appliances are bought once and lived with for a decade. This page covers how ordering works, how we hold stock against a renovation timeline, and the handful of measurements that decide whether any of it fits.
How ordering works
From measuring up to installed
Four steps, and the first one is the one people skip.
-
Start with the hole
Browse the catalogueMeasure the opening in your carpentry before you shop. Every built-in listing publishes the cutout it needs, so you can rule out anything that physically will not go in before you fall for it.
-
Order, or reserve at today's price
Buy when you find the right model, or when the price is right. You do not have to wait for your handover date to lock a price in.
-
We hold your units
Stored at the price you paid until the kitchen is ready to take them. If prices move in the meantime, yours does not.
-
Delivered and installed
Ask about your kitchenTell us the date. We deliver, install through licensed trades where the law requires them, and take the old appliance away.
Renovation-timeline friendly
Buy now, take delivery when the kitchen is ready
Kitchen appliances get chosen months before the carpentry is done. Order at today's price and we hold your units until your reno actually finishes.
Order and reserve

The difference
Showroom price vs our price
Same model, same local warranty, same authorised service. The gap is the showroom floor and the overhead you are not paying for.
- •Showroom rent and floor staff built into the price
- •Cutout dimensions often not given until after purchase
- •Pressure to decide during the visit
- ✓Identical local set with the same manufacturer warranty
- ✓Full cutout and clearance specs published before you buy
- ✓Price match against any showroom or dealer quote
Questions
Frequently asked questions
How do I know it will actually fit?
Every built-in listing publishes four separate sets of numbers: the product dimensions, the cutout the appliance drops into, the clearances it needs around it, and the packed carton size for delivery access. Measure the opening in your carpentry and match it against the cutout figure, never the product figure.
Where a manufacturer has not published a cutout, we derive one from the product dimensions and label the listing so you can see the number is an estimate rather than a spec-sheet figure. If a listing carries that label and you are cutting new carpentry, send us the model and we will get the real aperture from the brand before you commit.
What is a cutout, and why does it matter more than the product size?
The cutout is the hole in your carpentry. The product size is the appliance itself. They are different numbers doing different jobs. A 60 cm hob usually needs an aperture around 560 mm, and a 60 cm oven roughly 560 by 590 mm. Ordering against the product width instead of the cutout is the most common reason an appliance goes back.
Why do some products say price on enquiry?
A few brands do not publish a recommended retail price at all, and water purifiers are priced per installation rather than per unit. Rather than invent a figure or show a zero, those listings ask you to enquire. Send the model through the contact form and we will come back with the actual price.
Do you price match?
Yes. If you have found the same model cheaper at a showroom or another dealer, send us the quote and we will match it.
Why are you cheaper than a showroom?
There is no showroom floor and no floor staff in the price. Same model, same local warranty, same authorised service. What you are not paying for is the rent on a physical shop and the pressure to decide during a visit.
Can I order now and take delivery when my renovation is finished?
Yes, and most people do. Appliances get chosen months before the carpentry is ready for them. Order at today's price, tell us your handover date, and we hold the units until the kitchen can actually take them.
Who installs it, and does it have to be licensed?
Gas hob installation in Singapore must be carried out by a Licensed Gas Service Worker. It is not a DIY job, and a general handyman may not legally do it. Induction hobs drawing more than a standard 13A supply need a licensed electrician to run a dedicated circuit.
Town Gas or LPG. Does it matter?
It matters a great deal, and the two are not interchangeable. A hob built for Town Gas will not run correctly on LPG, and the reverse is equally true. Check which supply your home is on before ordering. Every gas hob listing states the fuel it is built for.
Are these local sets?
Yes. Everything listed is local set, sourced through the authorised channel and serviced by the brand's Singapore agent rather than a third-party repairer. We do not sell grey imports. Warranty length varies by brand and by product category, so the exact term for your model is confirmed on your invoice.
