Bosch
The best documented range we carry. Every built-in Bosch model publishes the cabinet cutout it needs, which makes it the easiest brand to specify when the carpentry is already built. Covers the whole kitchen, so finishes match across the run.

Japanese, and gas is the whole point. Built-in gas hobs in stainless steel, tempered glass and Schott Ceran, plus chimney and slimline hoods. Town Gas and LPG are listed separately because they are not interchangeable.

Built around extraction rather than bolting a hood on at the end. Japanese, engineered for the high heat and heavy oil that wok cooking actually produces. The oil smasher models are the ones worth the money.

Singapore founded, and it shows. Mayer builds the 75, 76, 86 and 88 cm hobs that barely exist in European catalogues, so this is usually where the gap between 60 and 90 gets filled.
