Is Mayer a local brand?
Yes, founded in Singapore, which shows in the range. Mayer builds a lot of 75, 76, 86 and 88 cm hobs, sizes that barely exist in European catalogues but are common in Singapore kitchens. If an imported range has left you with nothing between 60 and 90 cm, this is usually where the gap gets filled.
Do Mayer hobs come in Town Gas and LPG?
Yes, and they are listed as separate products because the two are not interchangeable. Mayer splits them properly at the manufacturer level with distinct model codes, which is not true of every brand.
What does Mayer cover besides hobs?
Built-in and tabletop ovens, cooker hoods, refrigerators, wine chillers and microwaves. Mayer also makes fans and small domestic appliances, but we stock the kitchen range only.
